Description : Mauri Cream Yeast is baker's yeast (saccharomyces cerevisiae) presented in liquid form and continuously agitated to ensure evenly suspended yeast cells. It is delivered in insulated tankers to key customers and are normally large bakeries with large usage requirements.
Mauri Cream Yeast are to be kept at customers premises at temperature of 2 ºC to 6 ºC with gentle agitation in insulated and refrigerated tanks to maintain the required Cream Yeast temperatures.
The Cream Yeast System provided by AB Mauri Malaysia enabled the customers to dose the required amount of yeast accurately by remote control. It helps to eliminate dosage errors and also good and even distribution of yeast cells throughout the dough system upon application.
